n-others partnered with leading mattress-in-a-box brand CALM to deliver the sofa in a box design and industrial engineering for their flagship Sofa Cama 24/7.

The project’s core challenge was engineering a high-comfort, everyday sofa bed capable of folding into an ultra-compact shipping box. Through end-to-end DFM engineering, structural testing, and modular frame design, we eliminated the logistical constraints of traditional furniture delivery without sacrificing ergonomic support or structural durability.

Designed for effortless, tool-free assembly and a seamless unboxing experience, the final product expands CALM’s product portfolio into space-saving, dual-function living furniture tailored for modern urban homes.
